What you might do is if you have any molding around the ceiling seams is remove it and then check for clearence and shoot some ss staples around the edges and corners to tighten it up once it is good and tight reinstall the molding. If the fabric is stretched the best fix is to replace the fabric. Lastly another possibility although a bit remote is that the room is out of square and one side is extending further than the other. There also may be an internal fault in the controller.
